In case of cancellations, a passive participant can be invited to participate actively. Passive participants who do not confirm their participation in time, will lose their position on the reserve list.

Interested audience, musicians etc. can apply to be auditor during the masterclasses (please send an email to info@jarviacademy.com). Auditors are not participants and therefore not placed on the reserve list, don’t conduct and don’t receive certificates. Auditors have however access to all rehearsals of the Järvi Academy and to concerts of the Pärnu Music Festival

Passive Participants take part and be present in all the masterclass activities, but do not conduct in orchestra rehearsals. However during the sessions with pianos they will be at least once scheduled to have a lesson with one of the teachers.
